The Practice firm company concept came into being in Europe immediately after the end of the Second World War. It quickly caught on, spread and prevailed throughout the world as one of the most ingenious, dynamic, efficient, effective and complete measures in existence to promote job market insertion and employment retention. And since 1985, it has gone through its strongest-ever expansion and development growth phase.

The idea of launching Odyssée Québec-Monde emerged in Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada in 1996. With its eight well-defined business segments tightly adapted to and harmonized with the job market's new realities, the firm today manages to maintain its cruising rhythm by hosting about 60 participants per year. The quality of selected candidates and their high rate of placement have confirmed the success of our insertion objectives.
