Establish sales policies and procedures (prices, credit policies, complaints, etc.). Make sure weekly sales objectives are met. Examine market surveys to determine demand. Supervise promotion toward clients. Verify calculations relating to and issuance of invoices and delivery slips in accordance with established policies and procedures. Examine complaints and find appropriate solutions. COMPULSORY QUALIFICATIONS University or College diploma in business administration. Equivalent experience can compensate insufficient training. REQUIREMENT The candidate has to qualify as a result of the selection process to be admitted into the Practice firm. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Maintain the product inventory. Carry out promotions toward clients. Contact clients after sales have taken place, to help solve any problems and provide follow-up. Calculate, prepare and issue invoices and delivery slips in accordance with established policies and procedures. Examine complaints and appropriate solutions.
