The Sales Supervisor plans, organizes and supervises the Sales Department's activities.


FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES
• Establish sales policies and procedures (prices, credit policies, complaints, etc.).
• Make sure weekly sales objectives are met.
• Examine market surveys to determine demand.
• Supervise promotion toward clients.
• Verify calculations relating to and issuance of invoices and delivery slips in accordance with established   policies and procedures.
• Examine complaints and find appropriate solutions.


COMPULSORY QUALIFICATIONS
University or College diploma in business administration.
Equivalent experience can compensate insufficient training.


REQUIREMENT
The candidate has to qualify as a result of the selection process to be admitted
into the Practice firm.






PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Maintain the product inventory.
• Carry out promotions toward clients.
• Contact clients after sales have taken place, to help solve any problems and provide follow-up.
• Calculate, prepare and issue invoices and delivery slips in accordance with established policies and   procedures.
• Examine complaints and appropriate solutions.
