Plan, organize, direct and control human resources activities. Plan human resources needs jointly with the various departments' supervisors. Co-ordinate internal training activities. Advise and help the various departments' supervisors from a human resources point of view. Carry out job classification. Organize and direct information meetings and hiring interviews. COMPULSORY QUALIFICATIONS University diploma in business administration or personnel management. Equivalent experience can compensate insufficient training. REQUIREMENT The candidate has to qualify as a result of the selection process to be admitted into the Practice firm. The Human Resources Consultant assists the Human Resources Department supervisor in executing his/her tasks. (S)He co-operates in planning and organizing the Human Resources Department's and company personnel's activities. In addition, (s)he takes part in implementing planning, training and development procedures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Co-operates in planning and organizing human resources. Co-operates in planning human resources requirements. Advises and helps the various department supervisors from a human resources point of view. Co-operates in organizing information meetings.
