Type correspondence, reports, minutes and other documents using the appropriate software. Open and distribute mail and e-mail received. Examine documents received and forward them to the department(s) concerned. Reply to information requests and hand telephone messages. Register mail and faxes received. Establish and maintain filing systems. Identify documents, open new files and records and file them. Welcome visitors. Provide training for the department's new employees. Photocopy documents. Send and receive messages via fax. COMPULSORY QUALIFICATIONS College or vocational diploma in office automation. Equivalent experience can compensate insufficient training. REQUIREMENT The candidate has to qualify as a result of the selection process to be admitted into the Practice firm.
