Operation

The Practice firm embodies all a real-life company's features and characteristics with its four basic managerial functions:

planning, organization, management and operations control.

At Odyssée Québec-Monde, coaching and supervision are provided by a four-employee team whose primary mission consists in orienting the participants, supervising their work and providing human and technical resources such that each candidate reaches his/her objectives. The entire principle rests upon the performance of a job in a real-life situation and context in a simulated company environment. Each business segment is an integral part of a global effort to attain the simulated firm's goals and objectives through execution of the functions necessary for the TPH's complete business activities.
