Selection |
Each participant in a Practice firm first has to undergo a selection
process during which we analyze his/her full background (training,
experience and specific knowledge and skills) before making a decision
on his/her selection.

Eligibility Criteria |
• Be unemployed.
• Be in need of work experience.
• Be in need of updating and applying one's knowledge.
• Have the expertise required for the position sought (sufficient
training or experience).
• Be a motivated self-starter who wishes to work in a team environment.

| Duration |
The length of a trial in a Practice firm cannot exceed 15 weeks.
